Nick Goepper Free Ride Tour
December 27, 2012
Imagine a kid from Indiana, who grew up skiing off Astroturf-covered jumps in his backyard, landing on the podium at Winter X Games in Aspen at the age of 17. That is Nick Goepper’s story. And his story is far from over. One of the top American slopestyle skiers today, Goepper hopes to qualify for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, where slopestyle will make its Olympic debut.
Nick will be returning to his roots of the Midwest when he visits Peak Resort's Mad River Mountain on December 31st and Boston Mills/Brandywine on January 1st for an exclusive Rail Jam competition program for skiers. This event will follow the same set up and venue design as the snowboard contest hosted by his Red Bull Teammate Louie Vito two days before hand.
Those winning the competition will not only get prizes from Nick - the grand prize is a session at Windells summer season 2013 for the overall winner of the two event series (Mad River and Brandywine) sponosred by Windells and Windells Academy.
Others prizes include ION POV Camers, Smith Optics, Marker/Volkl, Rockwell Watches, Kicker Audio, Wend waxes, Dakine accessories & Ohio Dreams Camps and of course stuff from Mad River and Brandywine.
